He will also drive the firm\u2019s\u00a0strategic client services and portfolio advisory platform, helping industrial property owners optimize their holdings and plan for\u00a0growth, renewal, consolidation, disposition, or debt and capital advisory.<\/p>\n<p class=\"size-14\" lang=\"x-size-14\"><em>\u201cI\u2019ve had the privilege of managing real estate portfolios for some of the most dynamic companies in the world\u2014from helping lead Starbucks\u2019 expansion to building Amazon\u2019s logistics network to directing institutional investment at Elion Partners,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0said Lambert.\u00a0<em>\u201cJoining Lee &amp; Associates is an opportunity to bring that strategic experience to clients who want to unlock the value of their real estate.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"size-14\" lang=\"x-size-14\">Lambert began his career in law after earning his JD from Seattle University and joining\u00a0Preston Gates &amp; Ellis\u00a0(now\u00a0K&amp;L Gates), one of Seattle\u2019s most respected law firms. He later moved into corporate real estate at\u00a0Starbucks, where he helped lead U.S. real estate strategy during a decade of rapid growth (2002\u20132011). He was selected to lead a turnaround initiative in China that paved the way for Starbucks\u2019 accelerated expansion across Asia, then returned to the U.S. to direct a global portfolio restructuring focused on\u00a0store disposition and rent reduction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"size-14\" lang=\"x-size-14\">He next joined\u00a0Gap Inc., where he played a key role in the repositioning and growth of\u00a0Old Navy, contributing to its resurgence as one of America\u2019s most successful retail brands. In 2015, Lambert joined\u00a0Amazon Logistics (AMZL), where he built the organization\u2019s first real estate team, scaling the last-mile delivery network from\u00a0five sites to over 200.
