July 20, 2026 (Seattle, WA)<\/strong> - Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest announced today that Angela Oliveri, a veteran retail real estate advisor with nearly three decades of experience representing landlords and tenants across the western United States, has joined the firm together with her team to grow the Retail Master Brokerage and Advisory Services platform.<\/p>\n

The team is led by Angela Oliveri, who joins Lee & Associates as a Principal and Director of the Retail Division<\/a> and includes Senior Vice President, Tej Asher, Associate Vice President, Sebastian Camacho and Associate Vice President, Antonio Oliveri.<\/p>\n

The team\u2019s strategic move to Lee will allow them to build on their West Coast platform with the strength of Lee\u2019s national footprint, collaborative culture, and full-service commercial real estate capabilities. Angela brings a successful track record, with nearly three decades of experience in tenant representation and landlord pre-leasing of new developments throughout the western United States. As Executive Vice President, she leads a Master Brokerage Tenant Representation practice that serves as a single point of contact for national and regional tenants, coordinating with local market brokers to execute site selection and leasing in each market. Angela has pre-leased more than three million square feet in retail projects for local and national developers, with development clients past and present including Simon Property Group, MainStreet Property Group, Wakefield Properties, Alliance Residential Company, Jackson Square Properties, Madison Development, Macerich Company, Terranomics, Regency Centers, Starwood Capital Group, Kite Realty, and ROIC. Angela also consults with landlords and retailers, providing strategic retail tenant mix, oversight of acquisitions and dispositions, tenant expansion strategy, market analytics, penetration studies, and master brokerage services.<\/p>\n
