Lee & Associates-Ontario Announces the Addition of Chris Coyte as Principal

ONTARIO, California – February 7, 2022 – Lee & Associates-Ontario, the highest grossing Lee & Associates office in the nation, welcomes Chris Coyte as Principal.

Chris has been engaged in commercial real estate since 1989 when he joined Lee & Associates. The former President / Managing Director of Lee & Associates-Newport Beach attained shareholder status in 1992 and has consistently achieved “Top 5” status during his 32 years with the organization. The focus of Chris’ real estate practice is to assist multiple building owners and users achieve their financial goals through real estate. Not only does Chris act as an advisor/salesperson, he has been appointed to assist in Trust and General Partner functions for a number of his owner clients.

Chris’ transaction experience runs the gamut from industrial sales and leasing, office and retail leasing to portfolio leasing management and administration. He’s provided services to Prologis, Mistubishi Digital Electronics, Bank of America, Cintas Corporation, Mohawk Industries, Kordsa, and Caliber Collision, to name a few.
