Corona, CA – January 9, 2026 – Lee & Associates – Riverside, in cooperation with Lee & Associates – Orange, successfully completed the sale of an industrial property located at 1215 Graphite Drive, Corona, California.
The 10,608-square-foot industrial building sits on 0.68 acres and sold for $3,928,960. The property was sold by Sanre Corporation and acquired by Graphite Dr. LLC.
The freestanding facility features 3,432 square feet of office space, 18-foot clear height, one (1) dock-high door, two (2) ground-level doors, 400 amps of power, fire sprinklers, and a secured yard, making it well-suited for a variety of industrial users.
Justin Null of Lee & Associates – Riverside represented the seller, while David Williams of Lee & Associates – Orange represented the buyer in the transaction.
