RIVERSIDE, CA – December 1, 2025 – PFI Office Furniture, Inc. has completed the lease of a 12,204-square-foot industrial building located at 12203 Magnolia Avenue, Suite 2, Riverside, CA 92503, strengthening its presence in the Inland Empire industrial market.
The property is owned by Laurence St. Ives, LLC and offers functional industrial features including two dock-high doors, 18-foot clear ceiling height, fire sprinklers, and a yard, making it well-suited for warehouse and distribution operations. The building includes approximately 1,200 square feet of office space.
The lease term is 61.5 months on a gross basis, with a commencement date of January 15, 2026. The total consideration for the transaction is $945,883.56.
