The property was leased by Pacific Aerodynamic, Inc., a leader in aerospace component manufacturing, from Rexford Industrial, one of Southern California’s premier industrial real estate owners.
The 62-month lease, commencing October 1, 2025, represents a total consideration of $5,270,000.
The building features approximately 6,000 square feet of office space, 32-foot warehouse clearance, four dock-high doors, and ample yard space, with fire sprinklers throughout—providing an ideal environment for advanced manufacturing and distribution operations.
