Ontario, CA – Kitchen & Bath Direct USA has secured a lease for a 33,692-square-foot industrial building located at 4651 E. Airport Drive, Ontario, California. The lease is scheduled to commence on February 1, 2026, with a total consideration of $2,807,501.36.
The property is owned by Heitman Holdings, Inc. Kitchen & Bath Direct USA will relocate its operations from its prior location in Chino, California, expanding its footprint within the Inland Empire to better serve its growing customer base.
The facility features heavy power, making it well-suited for manufacturing and distribution operations, as well as approximately ±17,730 square feet of private, fenced, and paved yard area, providing additional flexibility for outdoor storage and operational needs.
