      Biography<\/h2>\nDaniel P. Kruse<\/a> has been a principal and owner of Lee & Associates for over thirty-three (33) years specializing in owner representation and user representation of industrial properties in the Orange County Marketplace, although his client\u2019s requirements frequently take him throughout Southern California. Dan has brokered hundreds of transactions encompassing virtually every industrial street in Orange County in sizes ranging from 1,200 square feet to 230,000 square feet. Dan is an Owner\/Principal of Lee & Associates and a Venture Capital Partner in 48 Lee & Associates offices nationwide.\n\nDan frequently assists clients with requirements throughout the Western United States.\n

      Affiliations\/Education<\/h2>\nBorn in Orange County, Dan Kruse attended Anaheim High School and graduated from California State University Fullerton in 1982 with a BA Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. Recently, Dan received his certification in Marketing from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.\n
