CAREER SUMMARY
Fabio Ceresa has been working in commercial real estate in the Coachella Valley since 1988. He has assisted investors, developers, and tenants in transactions from small leases to major acquisitions and developments.
Fabio earned his broker license in March 1992 and opened his office, Fabio Ceresa & Associates, Inc., in Palm Desert, CA in 1996. In December 2020, after the death of his long-time business partner and mentor, he joined the Palm Desert office of Lee & Associates.
Fabio is an avid golfer, and when not working, you may find him on the fairways.
SIGNIFICANT ASSIGNMENTS
- Valley Metroplex Industrial Park, Thousand Palms, CA – assisted the developers with the leasing of the buildings.
- Gateway Business Park, Palm Desert, CA – assisted in the sale of many of the lots since the completion of development.
- Pointe Monterey Office and Industrial Parks – oversaw the leasing of all the newly constructed buildings and subsequently the sale of both parks to Institutional Investors.
