A San Gabriel Valley native, Chris brings more than a decade of business development, contract negotiation and financial analysis experience to commercial real estate. Before joining Lee & Associates, he served as Director of Business Development for The Gooden Center, where he helped grow annual revenue from $3.5 million to $9.4 million over five years. Chris now brings that experience, along with his deep local ties, to serving owners, investors and businesses throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Greater Los Angeles.
