Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania Completes Full Lease-up of 485DC the latest Central PA Industrial Redevelopment Project.
Mechanicsburg, PA – Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania, announced today that it has completed the full lease-up of the 456,800 square foot industrial redevelopment project located in Shiremanstown, PA. The former Quaker Oats production facility, now known as 485DC, has been transformed to house manufacturing and distribution tenants. An international manufacturing firm will warehouse light product in the 318,872 square feet of space that remained following the leased to a major 3PL user that was signed earlier this year.
Lee & Associates Principals, Joel Kreider, SIOR, John Van Buskirk, SIOR and Vice President Ed Skonecki, represented the building owner, Endurance Real Estate Group in the transaction. NAI CIR represented the tenant.
