Lee & Associates Doubles Pennsylvania Team in One Year

Pennsylvania—Lee & Associates, a national full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced today the move of its Suburban Philadelphia office to Plymouth Meeting to accommodate the growth of its workforce. The addition of agents and employees, spanning specialties including, Industrial, Office, Retail, Capital Markets, Asset Services and Corporate Services, allows Lee & Associates to better serve its existing clients, and to expand its client base at the same time. This growth has also resulted in the company doubling the size of its Central Pennsylvania office, located in Mechanicsburg, in 2019.

The Eastern Pennsylvania office opened its doors in May of 2015 with three Principals and since has progressively added to its staff and agent count. The company hit its stride in 2019 with the addition of eleven agents and five additional support staff to accommodate the increased workload. As a result, the company now lists nearly 30 professionals, having added 15 over the last year alone. Lee & Associates’ Suburban Philadelphia office will move from its existing space into approximately 7,000 sq. ft. in Plymouth Meeting. The Central PA location also doubled its size by taking an additional adjacent space in the Rossmoyme Business Center. Each new location was designed with Lee’s expansion in mind, allowing the company to quickly and easily accept new agents as they come on board.
