Pennsylvania – March 16, 2020 – Lee & Associates announces the promotions of two senior professionals in its Eastern Pennsylvania office. Patrick Lafferty II and Eric Zahniser were each named Vice President moving into 2020.
Mr. Lafferty II, is an industrial agent representing tenants and landlords in the greater Philadelphia region with a concentration on the I-95 and I-295 corridors in both Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. He is known for providing his clients with top-notch market research and in-depth knowledge of the market to help his clients find the best fit for their business. “Pat brings his experience, boundless energy and fierce tenacity to bear on behalf of all his clients”, noted Dave Grove, Managing Director. “Tenants, owners, and investors alike have benefited tremendously from their association with Pat, and we’re thrilled to be able to recognize his accomplishments in a tangible way.”
Patrick’s current assignments include landlord representation of over 900,000 square feet of industrial, flex and land properties including a 260,000 square foot two-building spec industrial project in Quakertown, PA developed by Cabot Properties in conjunction with MRP Industrial. He enjoys the freedom at Lee & Associates to be creative for his clients and maximize their potential value.
Mr. Zahniser’s focus includes landlord and tenant representation, site selection and acquisition as well as corporate solution endeavors. Eric has executed leasing and development projects throughout the greater Philadelphia region. He draws on his financial and transactional expertise along with his corporate real estate background to help end-users and investors solve their top real estate challenges. He is a member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) where he is the Co-chair for the Emerging Leaders task force.
