Andrew Landolfi is a Vice President at Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania. He specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial real estate throughout the Greater Philadelphia area, with a concentration on the Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia Metro submarkets.
Andrew began his real estate career at CBRE, where he was responsible for market research and provided support to the sales and leasing professionals. After his tenure in the research department, Andrew transitioned into a brokerage role where he concentrated on multi-market tenant representation for various retail and restaurant users. Andrew is now focused on industrial tenant advisory services, agency leasing assignments, buyer and seller representation and development site assemblage.
