Specializing in Industrial Real Estate
Brian Knowles, CCIM, SIOR is a founding Principal of Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania LLC, where he also serves as the Marketing and Recruitment Chair and a member of the firm’s Board of Managers. His transactional focus includes site selection, tenant representation, and the disposition of industrial real estate for clients on a national level with a concentration throughout the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware markets.
Brian provides industrial clients with expertise and best practices in evaluating real estate portfolios and supply chain initiatives to uncover cost-saving opportunities. Brian has completed in excess of 40 million square feet of transactions for his clients and sold over 3,000 acres of industrial land. Additionally, he has represented many companies on their consolidation projects, build-to-suit initiatives, site selection, and disposition projects throughout the local and many other US/global markets.
