As Principal, leading the Asset Services group, Bruce brings his proven track record of growing business to Lee & Associates. With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Bruce works predominately with high profile clients and institutional owners. His business philosophy includes an open approach of cooperation, collaboration, and professionalism to partner with clients, key local and business line leaders to build and expand relationships. Bruce is a key contributor to the firm bringing new business development to increase profitability for the Asset Services platform.
Bruce exemplifies effective leadership with a team of industrial and office focused property management professionals covering the Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey markets. The primary objective for Bruce and his team is to serve clients in a highly professional manner, to exceed expectations, and to execute a specific management plan that reflects the investment goals of ownership. The team strives to provide consistent quality property management to clients, tenants, and assets, reducing occupancy costs, and enhancing efficiency of operations. Bruce has extensive experience transitioning and running management and accounting requirements for clients with the knowledge, confidence, and flexibility to anticipate and address client’s changing needs. His focus is on helping clients develop solutions that improve shareholder value, maximize cost savings, and enhance portfolio value.
Prior to Lee & Associates, Bruce served as Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania. He led the growth and expansion of Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial property management portfolio from 2013 to 2019 for the Philadelphia Market and expanded the portfolio to a height of 22M square feet. Bruce has also served as Director of Property Management for The Flynn Company. In his role, Bruce led a team of property management professionals responsible for a portfolio of over 26 million square feet of institutionally owned warehouse/distribution, office, and flex properties.
