Pennsylvania – January 19, 2022 - – Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania, a fully-integrated commercial real estate brokerage and management firm, has announced the promotion of Eric Zahniser to Principal. Mr. Zahniser has been associated with Lee & Associates since 2018 and was formerly Vice President. Eric focuses on logistics real estate, representing clients regionally and nationally, leveraging the Lee & Associates network.

Eric has participated in over $313 million in transactions over the past three years for many local and national clients. Most notably thus far was the success with partner Brian Knowles, in leasing four buildings for Carson Companies. Three of the buildings were pre-leased prior to construction completion, and one building within just a few months of completion.

He holds both a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Shepherd University. He also plays an active role in the industry as a member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), Chester County Industrial Investment Council, DiLella Center for Real Estate at Villanova University and is a Member Associate of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
