Leo Van Buskirk, CPA, ASC is a Senior Associate at Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage. His business consists of occupier services, financial analysis and asset/portfolio underwriting.

After completing his undergraduate and graduate studies at the Pennsylvania State University in 2019, he worked for Ernst & Young in their Risk Consulting practice where he advised multinational companies on their accounting practices and provided due diligence for his clients. He received his CPA License in 2020 and remains current on accounting topics across the real estate spectrum. Leo held an internship with Black Creek Group (Ares Management), where he participated in the creation of investment briefs for industrial property located in several core US markets including Chicago, Atlanta, New Jersey, and Eastern Pennsylvania. Leo’s background in Risk Consulting will benefit his clients substantially in the planning and negotiation process. Narrowing his focus to industrial properties he will be working alongside Principals John Van Buskirk, SIOR, Bill Shrader, and Brian Knowles, MCR, CCIM, SIOR.
