Principal, Michael Kelly brings nineteen years of experience to the Asset Services group. Most recently he has managed over 4 million square feet of industrial space throughout the Philadelphia suburbs. Michael's primary objective is to serve clients in a highly professional manner, to provide exceptional quality and responsiveness, and to execute a specific management plan that reflects the investment goals of ownership.
Prior to Lee & Associates, Michael served as Director for Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania, where he managed a 4 million square foot industrial portfolio. Previously Michael was responsible for a 3 million SF portfolio of industrial and office properties in Baltimore, MD and Wilmington, DE. Michael's initial role in commercial real estate was as a commissioned salesperson, specializing in office and industrial sales and leasing in the northern suburbs of Philadelphia. During his five years as a salesperson, he completed several notable transactions including a 50,000-SF lab headquarters lease, a 250,000 square foot office sale transaction, and the disposition of an 8-acre mix-used development site.
