Selwyn Simpson II is a Senior Associate of Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania LLC. Selwyn's primary focus is agent leasing, tenant representation, and development land acquisition in key submarkets across Pennsylvania, most notably the Lehigh Valley, Northeast PA, Central PA and the Philadelphia Metro area.
Selwyn joined Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania in January 2022 immediately following graduation from Lafayette College. Drawing from a successful collegiate football career, Selwyn has applied discipline, team-work and strong time management skills to assist LAEP partners on agency leasing, tenant representation and land transactions, locally and in several national markets.
