Lee & Associates Raleigh Durham Wilmington is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker who shares our commitment to client-focused service and a high-performance, team-oriented culture.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic canvassing, calls, market research, and targeted networking<\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the local economy and commercial real estate market, including property availability, tenant activity, and market trends<\/li>\n
  • Facilitate and negotiate acquisitions and lease transactions on behalf of clients<\/li>\n
  • Collect, organize, and maintain accurate market data and client research<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with internal team members to develop strategies for client engagements<\/li>\n
  • Manage and report on all aspects of transaction activity from start to finish<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through best-in-class service and ethical business practices<\/li>\n
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Experience & Qualifications<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Active North Carolina Real Estate License<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in real estate, business, economics, or related field<\/li>\n
    • 5+ years of commercial real estate experience<\/li>\n
    • Must bring an existing book of business and active client relationships<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to generate business and develop leads<\/li>\n
    • Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in MS Excel<\/li>\n
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines<\/li>\n
    • Prior business development experience preferred<\/li>\n
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation, and sales abilities<\/li>\n
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment<\/li>\n
    • Commitment to delivering outstanding client service<\/li>\n
    • A collaborative mindset with a team-first attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
