Chatham Street and S. Harrison Ave. with plans for something big. Now plans for a new mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Cary appear to be moving forward.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, Northwoods Associates LLC and NorthView Partners filed site plans for the Northwoods Jordan Mixed-Use development in downtown Cary. Plans call for a 195-unit multifamily building, 80,000-square-foot mixed-use office building and a parking deck.<\/p>\n<p>The project will be situated on 4.5 acres at 123, 201, 204, 208, 212 S. Harrison Ave.; 143 and 145 W. Chatham St.; and 208 S.
