With over 39 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Mills focuses his expertise in the Central San Diego market area and performs sale, lease and investment functions. Mr. Mills has worked with owners to reposition their properties to take advantage of emerging trends, and has assisted redevelopment agencies with relocation of existing tenants and acquisition of alternative properties for individuals due to condemnation proceedings. Mr. Mills has also been involved in San Diego’s renaissance geared toward identifying redevelopment sites and matching the appropriate Developers for the construction of multi-family housing projects.
