CHARLES ADOLPHE

Charles Adolphe is a commercial real estate professional who has brokered over $400 million in San Diego County sales and leases. He earned the Power Broker designation from Costar, after finalizing several large transactions, including the 200,000 SF Mor Furniture lease. He works with owners to sell and lease their commercial property assets. He consults with and represents prominent buyers and tenants in their property acquisitions. Charles has worked on properties of all sizes, most notably the sale of the 724,000 square foot Gateway Business Park in Otay Mesa.

Charles has assisted a large number of clients with their commercial real estate needs. He recently brokered the sale of a 2-acre industrial site in south San Diego for $4.1 million; sold Rick's RV Center in El Cajon, a 25,000 SF facility on 2.3 acres; and negotiated the purchase of a $13 million investment property in the Miramar area. In addition, Charlie just represented the owner in the sale of Fort Knox Self Storage, and assisted Heartland House with the purchase of a new sober living facility.
