Charles Adolphe is a commercial real estate professional who has brokered over $350 million in San Diego County leases and sales. In 2017 he was recognized as the #1 agent in the San Diego Office of Lee & Associates. And again in 2019 was #2! Charles earned the Power Broker designation from Costar, after finalizing several large transactions, including the 200,000 SF Mor Furniture lease. He works with owners to sell and lease their commercial property assets. He consults with and represents prominent buyers and tenants in their property acquisitions.
