Jason Grindle specializes in industrial leasing, investment sales, and redevelopment sites across San Diego County. He represents tenants in lease negotiations and site selection for industrial and flex space, and works with property owners on disposition strategies, 1031 exchanges, and capital redeployment into assets positioned for long-term appreciation. Jason's background in real estate development and investment analysis informs his approach to evaluating highest-and-best-use opportunities for both occupiers and investors. Jason holds a B.S. from San Diego State University and a Graduate Certificate in Economics from the University of Sydney.
