JUSTIN MAIOLO

Justin Maiolo joined Lee & Associates in 2021 as a Vice President in the company’s San Diego office, bringing with him more than ten years of experience representing tenants and owners of industrial and office properties in San Diego. Mr. Maiolo applies his marketing skills and insight in negotiation to successfully assist his clients in tenant relocation, tenant expansion, buyer representation and property marketing.

Prior to Lee & Associates, Mr. Maiolo was an Associate Director with Newmark, where he represented property owners and tenants throughout the Central San Diego submarkets, assisting tenants in reducing their occupancy costs as well as owners in achieving their investment goals within their commercial real estate portfolio.
