Paul Britvar (Jr.) specializes in the sale of R&D / flex and industrial type properties in southern California. With a background in construction, an architectural degree, as well as experience with property management, Mr. Britvar has the ability to advise his clients on solutions that will enable buyers & tenants to move forward on property purchases (or leases) with confidence.

Additionally, Mr. Britvar’s brief background working with a local developer enables him to provide value to his clients through his extensive expertise in land use and zoning. His breadth of knowledge of California’s municipal restrictions on zoning enables him to fill a critical advisory role in the sale and acquisition process.

Over the last 5 years, Mr. Britvar has handled over 35 owner-occupied transactions - among which his largest was the sale of The Panasonic headquarters - San Diego’s largest industrial sale-leaseback transaction on record. In the first quarter of 2021 alone, Mr. Britvar’s leasing and sale presence covered more than 200,000 square feet of active negotiations.
