The Subject Property is located east of El Camino Real on the south side of College Blvd. (future), approx. 1.5 mile northeast of Palomar Airport, 3 miles east of I-5 and 3 miles south of Highway 78. This location offers quick, convenient access to local employment, abundant recreation, retail and all other services as well as a short drive to downtown San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties. The Property is currently un-entitled although there are preliminary plans for 8 \u2013 12 half-acre lots. It is contiguous to the fully entitled Cantarini Ranch (105 half-acre lots), which is in escrow with a builder.
