The city, located along the Pacific Ocean, is no stranger to breweries with eight breweries currently in operation. North County\u2019s rapid growth in the craft brewing industry has earned it the name \u201cHops Highway\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Black Plague Brewing is intricately connected to professional skateboarding with seasoned expert Jordan Hoffart as \u201cDirector of Brand\u201d and other industry related investors involved in the venture. Black Plague is scheduled to open in approximately six months (pending all licensures from ABC and TTB).<\/p>\n<p>Monique Medley of Lee &amp; Associates \u2013 North San Diego County represented Black Plague Brewery in the transaction. The landlord, Southwest Greene International, Inc. was represented by Bob Willingham of Kidder Matthews.
