This custom, Class-A build-to-suit project is designed to support PODS\u2019 expanding operations with cutting-edge capabilities, setting a new standard for industrial facilities in the region.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Located directly across the street from Amazon\u2019s new 1,000,000 square-foot facility, which is currently under construction on the north side of I-10 at Indian Canyon, this facility strengthens the industrial landscape of Desert Hot Springs and supports the region\u2019s rapid growth as a logistics hub.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This successful POD\u2019s development was made possible by the collaborative efforts of the Snider Company and the City of Desert Hot Springs. We extend our sincere gratitude to the city\u2019s Mayor, government officials, members of the Chamber of Commerce, City Council, and Planning and Development departments, whose support and vision were instrumental in bringing this project to life.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A special thanks goes to The Snider Company (thesnidercompany.com), including David Snider, Mar Snider-Gudim, and Liam Snider, for their leadership and dedication in delivering another exemplary build-to-suit project. Mar\u2019s expertise was pivotal in expediting design, entitlement, and permitting, allowing us to streamline the process and achieve this milestone in record time.
