Evan Scheck is an Associate specializing in Industrial Sales & Leasing at Lee & Associates South Florida, working closely alongside the firm’s President, Matthew Rotolante, SIOR, CCIM. A South Florida native raised in Aventura, Evan brings a deep-rooted understanding of the local market, enriched by a lifelong exposure to the region’s real estate industry through his family.

Evan's professional experience reflects a robust blend of financial analysis, investment strategy, and operational insight. During his internship at Birge and Held, he conducted extensive due diligence and underwriting for multifamily acquisitions ranging from $5 million to $40 million, contributing to the evaluation and performance of a portfolio comprising over 25,000 units. He also gained entrepreneurial experience through founding and managing a successful e-commerce venture which sharpened his skills in market analysis, operations, and customer engagement. These hands-on experiences have equipped Evan with the analytical acumen and business agility essential for guiding clients through complex industrial real estate transactions.

Evan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he majored in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation, as well as International Business. His active involvement in the Real Estate Club at Indiana University has allowed him to deepen his passion for the industry through networking and real-world learning opportunities.
