Patrick Montelus

Patrick Montelus serves as Senior Vice President with Lee & Associates South Florida, specializing in Real Estate Development and Investment Sales. With over 15 years of experience, Patrick uses his professional and educational background to add value to client transactions. Patrick has personally completed and participated in more than $100 Million in commercial and investment real estate sales. Among many things, his expertise ranges from negotiating complex multi-leg 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, property acquisition and disposition, and asset valuation analysis.

Patrick Montelus received his real estate license in 2004, while earning his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management from Florida Atlantic University. After going on to earn his MBA from Nova Southeastern University, he began serving as Acquisitions Director for a South Florida based real estate investment company. There, Patrick specialized in sourcing “hand-picked” real estate assets for the portfolio requirements of client-investors.
