Victor Pastor serves as Principal with Lee & Associates South Florida specializing in Retail Investment Sales. He has been a keen advisor for both affluent families and institutional funds for over 20 years, specializing in retail property investment sales throughout the Eastern United States.
Victor began his career in the finance sector as a loan officer providing commercial real estate mortgages and SBA loans for a boutique commercial bank in New Jersey. While working with high net worth individuals, he expanded his financial services by working for MetLife Securities in New York, NY with estate planning clients. From there, he worked for the Principal Financial Group, New York, NY and served as an advisor for private investors and medium sized businesses managing their assets with a portfolio value of over $100 million.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Victor Pastor worked as Senior Associate with Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services, was the Director of International Business at NAIGlobal and also as a Senior Associate for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services to private investors. With an emphasis on Latin America influence, he has worked hand in hand with notable families from Venezuela, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Dominican Republic, and Columbia to invest in value-add, redevelopment, and income producing opportunities. He has conducted over 100 commercial transactions for over 20 years in his career primarily in retail but also office, industrial, and multifamily assets.
