MIAMI, Florida (July 17, 2026) - Lee & Associates South Florida<\/strong><\/a> continues to expand its industrial brokerage platform with the addition of Sam Ashe<\/strong><\/a> as Vice President and Jake Cordes<\/strong><\/a> as Associate, joining Principal Greg Milopoulos<\/strong><\/a> and Christian Baena<\/strong><\/a> on one of the firm's leading industrial sales and leasing teams.<\/p>\n

The additions reflect the team's continued growth and increasing client demand across industrial investment sales, landlord representation, tenant representation and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) throughout South Florida.<\/p>\n

As Vice President, Ashe brings significant experience in industrial investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, and industrial outdoor storage acquisitions. Prior to joining Lee & Associates South Florida, he sourced and closed more than $24.6 million<\/strong> in IOS transactions while working with private equity firm Open Industrial. Throughout his career, Ashe has participated in more than $40 million<\/strong> in industrial sale, lease and acquisition transactions, including previous experience with Marcus & Millichap's National Office and Industrial Property Group in Washington, D.C. His background in valuation underwriting and due diligence provides clients with a comprehensive understanding of investment economics from acquisition through disposition.<\/p>\n

Cordes joins the team as an Associate after earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business. His background includes investment sales analysis, financial underwriting and transaction coordination, having supported industrial transactions totaling more than $7 million<\/strong> and over 30,000 square feet<\/strong>. In his new role, Cordes will focus on industrial tenant representation, investment sales sourcing and business development throughout Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.<\/p>\n
