Rotolante was one of three finalists selected for the prestigious honor, which was presented as part of NAIOP South Florida\u2019s 48th annual Awards of Excellence reception and dinner on April 3, 2025, at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale.
