Weisner<\/a> as Principal.\u00a0 Cliff will continue to focus on Retail Investment Sales &amp; Leasing throughout South Florida, and use his 35+ years of experience and expertise to provide keen insight and advisory to his private and institutional investment clients in the lucrative South Florida real estate market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Prior to joining Lee &amp; Associates, Cliff Weisner served as a Senior Associate with Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services staring in 2016 focusing on Investment Sales of Shopping Centers and Single Tenant Net Lease properties across the state of Florida, as well as, office buildings. Before this Cliff also worked with Atlantic Commercial Group doing leasing and investment sales, and prior to that was Director of Leasing and Vice President for Tobin Properties overseeing a portfolio of shopping centers throughout Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Tennessee, which included an additional two million square feet of third party leasing in South Florida. Prior to relocating to South Florida from New York, Cliff also worked for KMA Investment Properties responsible for the turnkey ground-up development of over a dozen retail opportunities overseeing site selection, land acquisition, financing, pre-development design, leasing, marketing, and disposition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As the son of a NY Real Estate Developer, Cliff Weisner has been active in real estate his entire life.\u00a0 Working in the family business allowed him to develop his skills in real estate, including getting licensed in the state of NY at the age of eighteen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cliff Weisner is currently an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and in 2015 was appointed as The Chairman of the South Florida Idea Exchange. Cliff attended the State University of New York at Stony Brook, in Long Island, N.Y and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Art History.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As an exciting new addition to the team, Cliff D.
