MIAMI, FL (May 4, 2022)<\/strong> \u2013 Lee & Associates South Florida<\/a> President Matthew Rotolante<\/strong><\/a> and Associate Rodrigo Calderon<\/strong><\/a> successfully brokered the $6 million sale of a boutique hotel in Miami Beach. The Nakash family<\/strong>, owner of several Art Deco hotels and South Beach\u2019s former Versace Mansion<\/strong>, is the buyer of the 1350 Collins Ave. property.<\/p>\n

Rotolante and Calderon collaborated with Lee & Associates\u2019 New York<\/a> office, leveraging the firm\u2019s unparalleled national platform, to facilitate a seamless transaction. The sale closed on April 28.<\/p>\n

The 6,340-square-foot boutique hotel is in the middle of South Beach\u2019s hottest resort district. Originally constructed in 1930, the gated hotel can also be operated as a private club or residence. Renowned architect Wallace Tutt<\/strong>, who designed the Versace Mansion<\/strong> a few blocks away, also designed the building\u2019s three villas.<\/p>\n

Property amenities include a large, landscaped courtyard with lounge couches, dining tables and a covered pool; a two-car garage and a 24-hour security system. The hotel is steps away from the beach and the many nearby restaurants, nightclubs, shops and parks.<\/p>\n
