MIAMI, Florida\u2014March 30, 2023 \u2014 Lee & Associates South Florida<\/strong><\/a> further strengthened its market-leading team of industrial real estate specialists with the partnership arrival of new Principal Greg Milopoulos<\/a><\/strong> and Vice President Christian Baena<\/a><\/strong>. The duo has more than 20 years of development, investments sales, landlord and tenant representation experience in the region.<\/p>\n

Based in Lee & Associates South Florida\u2019s Deerfield Beach office, Milopoulos will head up the firm\u2019s Broward County industrial activities while Baena is based in the firm\u2019s Miami office. The duo will collectively work together representing clients in dispositions and generating investment sales opportunities throughout the tri-county area.<\/p>\n

Both brokers come to Lee & Associates South Florida from Newmark, where their team represented a wide array of industrial owners and tenants.<\/p>\n

A Broward County native, Milopoulos has leased over 1 million square feet in Florida throughout his career and completed over $90 million in acquisitions and dispositions for clients. Prior to entering the brokerage industry in 2010, he was involved in real estate development as a licensed general contractor. That experience gave him insight into ground-up construction and tenant improvement costs, a skillset he still utilizes today to help improve his client\u2019s decision-making.<\/p>\n

The Florida native \u2013 and Florida State University graduate - also spent time in Fort Lauderdale and New York City working as a Business Analyst for several mutual funds.<\/p>\n
