Doug Rowe of Lee & Associates Wins Q1 2026 CoStar Power Broker Award

CoStar Group, Inc., a leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces, announced the first quarter 2026 recipients of the CoStar Power Broker Award, recognizing professionals and firms who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals in their respective markets.

In the Northern New Jersey market, Doug Rowe of Lee & Associates has been recognized as one of the most active local dealmakers with the prestigious award which has honored the industry’s elite for 26 years. Rowe closed the Top Deal in retail leasing with a 10,283 square foot retail space located at 161-163 Madison Avenue in Morristown.
