With three decades of industry experience, Brian Lynch is the Co-Founder, CEO and Principal of Lee & Associate’s New Jersey office. Brian currently holds the position of Principal at Lee & Associates WBE. He specializes in consulting, investments, industrial,office and retail transactions both locally and nationally. Brian provides both tenant and landlord representation in the real estate process.
CAREER SUMMARY
Prior to establishing the Lee & Associates New Jersey office, Brian founded Commercial Realty Associates in 1995. Brian was the sole proprietor of this multifaceted boutique firm providing landlord representation, property management and construction management services to small and mid-sized companies.
He is an active member of several national professional organizations. Brian has developed unique experience resolving issues related to distressed real estate including settlements connected with environmental contamination, financial infeasibility and market obsolescence as well as significant experience with value-added investments.
