Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Gary served as a Principal at Pantheon Properties from 2006 onward, where he led the firm's brokerage division and was a partner in select Pantheon-owned properties. His role extended beyond brokerage, contributing to sourcing new opportunities and managing diverse aspects of the firm’s property portfolio.

Gary began his career in 1987 at Sholom & Zuckerbrot / SBWE, then moving to CBRE, where he worked from 2001 to 2006, establishing himself as a top advisor in one of the world's leading real estate firms.

Over his 39-year tenure, Gary has successfully represented dozens of national and regional companies, executing hundreds of transactions across millions of square feet throughout the NJ/NY metro area and nationwide. His client-centric approach has made him a go-to advisor for both private businesses and Fortune 500 companies. In addition, one of Gary’s specialties is in the food industry sector and has advised many companies with the acquisition and disposition of these unique properties across the country.
