Jason is a founding principal of Lee & Associates New Jersey and a member of the Lee & Associates national Board of Directors. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, he has been a trusted advisor to landlords, developers, lenders, investors, and tenants throughout New Jersey and the tri-state area.

His leadership extends beyond brokerage to the integration of services such as rent receivership, lease administration and property management. Jason brings extensive expertise across a range of asset classes, including office, industrial, medical, mixed-use, multi-family, and affordable housing, including HUD and Section 8 properties. He is recognized for his expertise in rent receivership and the marketing and disposition of distressed properties.
