Joe serves as a Senior Managing Director within the Industrial and Logistics division. In his current role, he assists with private and institutional agency leasing, site selection, tenant representation, and the disposition of industrial real estate for clients throughout the Northeast with a primary focus in New Jersey. During his tenure at Lee & Associates, Joe has been involved in over 1 million square feet of transactions. He is currently pursuing a CCIM
designation.

CAREER SUMMARY

Joe joined Lee and Associates in March of 2021 full time as an associate after developing an interest in real estate during a judicial internship at the Richmond County Supreme Court. There he was tasked with finding potential sites for government-affiliated projects in New York City. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Kean University.
