Brian currently holds the position of Principal at Lee & Associates WBE. He specializes in consulting, investments, industrial,office and retail transactions both locally and nationally. Prior to establishing the Lee & Associates New Jersey office, Brian founded Commercial Realty Associates in 1995. Brian was the sole proprietor of this multifaceted boutique firm providing landlord representation, property management and construction management services to small and mid-sized companies.<\/p>\n

He is an active member of several national professional organizations. Brian has developed unique experience resolving issues related to distressed real estate including settlements connected with environmental contamination, financial infeasibility and market obsolescence as well as significant experience with value-added investments.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
