Suzanne provides leasing services on behalf of Landlords and Tenants in the office, medical, industrial and retail markets. Suzanne also represents Sellers and Purchasers for the disposition and acquisition of commercial properties for investment or owner-occupied opportunities.<\/p>\n

She also became a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker in 2004 and maintains her license, which will be placed with a South East Florida Lee & Associates office.<\/p>\n

Having been instrumental in many 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange requirements, the excitement of creating and providing solutions to her clients is the driving force of her success.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Before joining Lee & Associates, Suzanne Kiall was the Founder and Broker of Record for Suzanne Kiall & Associates, LLC and has 23 years of solid commercial real estate experience.<\/p>\n

She was Broker of Record and Owner of two firms between 2007 and 2019, and working for other firms in NJ since 1998, she was ready to venture into the new decade with a national platform and reputable firm such as Lee & Associates.<\/p>\n
