David Simon of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prominentproperties.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prominent Properties<\/a>\u00a0served as tenant broker.<\/p>\n<p>The property at 31 Styertowne Road sits 12 miles west of Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInterest in this opportunity not only reflects sustained velocity for industrial leasing in northern New Jersey, but also shows strong momentum for the greater Clifton industrial submarket,\u201d Krantz said. \u201cIf we showed the building two dozen times, 20 prospects came from New York City. In every case, they commented on the proximity and convenience of this location.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The single-story, multitenant warehouse is part of a two-building campus recently purchased by Boston-based Longpoint Realty Partners; Krantz brokered that sale. The property offers easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, Route 21 and other regional highways. Multiple loading docks, drive-in doors and ample parking also contribute to its appeal.
