They include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Legacy Award: Geoffrey L. Schubert, partner, Lee &amp; Associates New Jersey<\/li>\n<li>Pillar Award: Jesse Harty, senior vice president, Prologis<\/li>\n<li>Advocacy Award: Emily M. Lamond, Cole Schotz PC<\/li>\n<li>Volunteer of the Year Award: Joseph M. Galley, vice president, GZA\u202fGeoEnvironmental Inc.<\/li>\n<li>Rising Star Award: Levi Kelman, CEO, Blue Onyx Cos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, NAIOP New Jersey will induct industry icons and longtime chapter members Edwin H. Cohen\u202fof Prism Capital Partners LLC, Scott K. Perkins\u202fof NAI James E. Hanson and Gretchen S. Wilcox\u202fof G.S. Wilcox &amp; Co. into its Hall of Fame.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are acknowledging these leaders for having contributed their time, knowledge and energy to advance our association and New Jersey\u2019s commercial real estate development industry,\u201d said NAIOP New Jersey\u2019s president, Gus Milano of Hartz Mountain Industries. \u201cThe President\u2019s Awards are our way of thanking them for their selfless and tireless work, which is especially meaningful at a time when the industry is facing challenges on numerous fronts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The program will also feature the presentation of the Frank D. Visceglia Memorial Scholarships to outstanding Eagle and Gold Award Scouts.
