The trade comes after he recently represented the seller, a multigeneration, multifamily ownership entity based in Wyckoff, in the sale of nearby buildings at 31 and 35 Styertowne Road, accounting for 125,000 square feet in dispositions in the area in recent months.<\/p>\n<p>Both parties in the latest deal are longtime clients. Terms were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe buyer was drawn to this property\u2019s quality construction and ideal location proximate to the Garden State Parkway and Route 3,\u201d Krantz said. \u201cThe greater Clifton submarket, with its limited supply, continues to see strong demand.
