It also provides a location with strong demographics and transportation access, adding to its appeal as a turnkey school building or another opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe site is also well suited for redevelopment,\u201d said Lee &amp; Associates\u2019 Beth Chezmar, who is leading the assignment alongside Erica Davidson. \u201cThis prime Union County location could potentially make an excellent alternative use play for a multifamily investor, for example.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>They noted that 330 South Ave. serves a growing population of about 291,000 people within a five-mile radius and is close to NJ Transit\u2019s Fanwood train station, commuter bus service and a host of local amenities such as parks, a post office, a pharmacy and dining options.
